1. Data controller

Publioos, tax ID (RFC) PUB090731PK1, based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect

To process your order we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Shipping and billing address

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. Payment data

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, which acts as data processor under its own security policies and PCI DSS compliance. 1TRO only receives a payment confirmation and the last digits of the card to identify the order.

4. Purposes

Primary purposes (required for our relationship with you):

• Process and confirm your order
• Manage shipping and delivery
• Handle returns, exchanges and support
• Issue tax receipts when requested

Secondary purposes (you may opt out without affecting your purchase):

• Send you news about new drops and releases
• Understand site usage to improve the shopping experience

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with those strictly necessary to fulfil your order:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shipping carriers — delivery
• Competent authorities — where legally required

Some of these providers may store information outside Mexico. By placing your order you consent to that transfer for the purposes described.

6. Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is no longer needed, and Object to its processing for specific purposes.

To exercise these rights, or to withdraw your consent, send your request to support@1tro.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a contact method. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses first and third-party cookies to keep your shopping cart, remember your language preference and measure site usage through Google Analytics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that doing so may stop the shopping cart from working correctly.

8. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and to comply with applicable tax and legal obligations. After that period it is deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

We may update this Privacy Notice. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may contact Mexico’s National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
