1. Who we are

1TRO is the official merchandise brand of Isaac del Toro, operated by Publioos, tax ID (RFC) PUB090731PK1. This online store operates from Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. For anything related to your order, write to us at support@1tro.com.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order on this site you accept these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.

3. Products and pre-orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders. This means the product has not shipped at the time of purchase, and the estimated shipping date is clearly stated on each product page before payment.

Images are representative. Minor colour variations may occur due to photography, screen settings or the production process. Measurements for each size are available in the size guide on every product page.

Runs are limited. Availability updates in real time and an item may sell out while you are completing your purchase.

4. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated and displayed separately before payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the one in effect when the purchase is completed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts credit and debit cards along with other methods enabled at checkout. 1TRO does not store or have access to your full card details: that information is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe.

Your order is confirmed only once payment is approved. If your bank declines the payment, the order is not processed.

6. Shipping

Orders ship from Ensenada, Baja California. The estimated shipping date is shown on each product. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, so they are estimates and not guaranteed.

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

For international orders, any taxes, duties or customs fees in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags.

To start a return or a size exchange, write to support@1tro.com with your order number and we will reply with instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was sent.

8. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation by writing to support@1tro.com before your order ships. If the order has already left our warehouse, it must be handled as a return under the section above.

9. Defective items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged, contact us within the first days of receiving it and include photos of the issue. We will cover the replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

10. Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, graphic designs, photographs and text on this site belong to 1TRO and their respective owners. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.

11. Personal data

The data you provide is used solely to process your order, manage shipping and provide support. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside that purpose. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own privacy and security policies.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the version available at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ensenada, Baja California, waiving any other jurisdiction.

As a consumer you retain the rights granted to you by Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).
